You Have Been Holding a Lot Together

You may appear capable, productive, and dependable while privately feeling anxious, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from yourself. Perhaps you overthink your decisions, repeat familiar relationship patterns, or move between feeling everything deeply and feeling nothing at all.

You do not have to understand everything before beginning therapy. Together, we can slow down, explore what is happening, and identify changes that feel realistic for your life.

Who I Support

I provide affordable counseling for teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship challenges, identity exploration, life transitions, and sensory sensitivities.

I especially welcome LGBTQIA+ clients, multicultural and multiracial individuals, people in nontraditional relationships, and those who feel caught “in between” cultures, identities, communities, or stages of life.

What Therapy With Me Is Like

My style is collaborative, empathetic, and non-directive. I want to understand how you experience yourself and the world around you—not assume that I already know what is best for you.

My work is informed by existential, relational, narrative, and DBT-based approaches. We may explore how early experiences, family dynamics, cultural expectations, trauma, and relationships have influenced your current patterns. When helpful, we may also practice emotional regulation, distress tolerance, acceptance, and strategies for responding to everyday triggers.

Therapy with me is not only about naming what happened. We can work toward understanding relationship patterns, strengthening emotional regulation, reconnecting with your intuition, and rebuilding trust in yourself.
