I work with women and couples navigating some of life's most emotionally layered experiences — fertility struggles, IVF, pregnancy loss, childhood trauma, and the kind of relationship strain that builds quietly over time until it's hard to ignore. This work requires more than clinical training. It requires someone who understands what it means to grieve quietly, to hope carefully, and to carry the weight of past wounds and family expectations while your body and heart are already stretched thin.

Trauma doesn't always look like a single defining moment. Sometimes it's the patterns you keep repeating in relationships. The way you shut down when things get hard. The shame that shows up before you can even name it. Whether you're processing something that happened years ago or trying to figure out why connection feels so difficult right now, this is a space where we can get into all of it.

As a Black therapist with lived experience navigating bicultural spaces, I bring a perspective that many of my clients have never had access to before — a therapist who doesn't need the backstory explained. You don't have to translate your pain here.

My approach draws from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and shame-informed treatment — tools that help you move through what's heavy without losing yourself in it. We build clarity, emotional regulation, and the kind of self-trust that actually transfers outside of sessions.

I am licensed in both Texas and Florida and offer virtual therapy that fits your schedule. Whether you're in Houston, Dallas, Miami, or anywhere in between, culturally informed care is available to you.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. You can show up exactly as you are.
