I work with women and couples who are in the thick of one of life's most emotionally complex journeys — fertility struggles, IVF, pregnancy loss, and the transition into motherhood. This is work that requires more than clinical training. It requires someone who understands what it means to grieve quietly, to hope carefully, and to carry the weight of family expectations while your body and heart are already stretched thin.

As a Black therapist with lived experience navigating bicultural spaces, I bring a perspective that many of my clients have never had access to before — a therapist who doesn't need the backstory explained. Whether you're navigating infertility while managing cultural pressure to start a family, or processing a NICU experience nobody around you fully understands, you don't have to translate your pain here.

My therapeutic approach draws from Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and shame-informed treatment to help you move through what's heavy without losing yourself in it. We'll build real tools — not just coping strategies — that give you clarity, emotional regulation, and the confidence to move forward.

I am licensed in both Texas and Florida, offering virtual therapy sessions that fit your schedule and your life. Whether you're in Houston, Dallas, Miami, or anywhere in between, culturally informed care is available to you.

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and direct. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are.
