We offer a sliding-scale fee for clients with financial need. Sliding-scale openings are limited — please contact us to inquire about availability.

If you prefer to pay out of pocket or use out-of-network benefits, we provide monthly superbills to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. Reimbursement amounts vary based on your plan, deductible, and out-of-network coverage.

affordable therapy & reduced fee therapy
We believe cost shouldn't be a barrier to quality mental health care. Our Affordable Therapy Program offers reduced-fee sessions from $40–$80 for individuals, teens, couples, and families. Therapy is provided by carefully supervised graduate counseling interns, allowing us to offer compassionate, evidence-based care at a lower cost.

Our therapists maintain intentionally small caseloads to ensure personalized therapy. Whether you’re attending therapy in Texas or Florida via telehealth, your care is tailored to your lived experience and goals.

Individual therapy sessions are 53 minutes. Couples, family, or intake sessions may be up to 75 minutes for clients in Texas, Florida, and Indiana.

Most clients meet weekly, though frequency may vary depending on clinical needs and goals. This applies to both virtual therapy and future in-office sessions in Allen, Texas.

We offer a 15-minute grace period. After that, the session may be considered a late cancellation and subject to a $75 fee.

Yes. Our fully licensed therapists accept BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Oscar, and Oxford in Texas and Florida. Our Indiana therapist is private pay only. Our LPC Associates only accept Aetna and Cigna. We also take Curative insurance.

Yes. A credit card is required to reserve sessions and support fair compensation for our therapists. We do accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, HSA/FSA, and AMEX.
