I'll meet you exactly where you are — with warmth, without judgment, and without any pressure to be further along than you are.

Some sessions, we'll focus on the practical — real tools you can use in your daily life to manage anxiety, quiet negative self-talk, and handle stress in the moment. Other sessions, we'll go a little deeper — exploring the patterns, triggers, and thoughts that keep pulling you back, and building the self-awareness to start shifting them.
I'm collaborative and supportive, but I'm also honest. I'll create space for you to feel heard, and I'll also gently challenge the thinking that's been keeping you stuck. Therapy with me isn't just a place to vent — it's a place to actually grow.
