I'm collaborative and supportive, but I'm also honest. I'll create space for you to feel heard, and I'll also gently challenge the thinking that's been keeping you stuck. Therapy with me isn't just a place to vent — it's a place to actually grow. Clients have told me I'm easy to talk to, that they feel seen and not judged, and that the tools we work on together make a real difference outside of sessions.

I specialize in working with South Asian teens, young adults, and couples navigating the very specific emotional landscape of growing up between two cultures. The pressure around dating, marriage timelines, career expectations, and family loyalty — these aren't just stressors. They shape how you see yourself, how you choose relationships, and how you decide what kind of life is actually yours to live.

I work with a lot of first and second generation Indian and South Asian clients who are figuring out how to honor their roots while building something that feels authentic to who they are becoming. Whether you're navigating an arranged marriage conversation, processing the guilt of wanting something different than what your family expects, or simply trying to understand why certain relationships keep not working — I get it.

I also hold space for clients navigating immigration stress and undocumented status — a lived reality that carries its own unique weight of uncertainty, fear, and resilience that deserves to be met with real understanding, not a textbook response.

As a Hindi-speaking therapist, I offer sessions in Hindi for clients who want to process in their first language. Sometimes healing happens more fully when you don't have to translate yourself.

While I am deepy rooted in my community in Houston, my sessions are available virtually across Texas, making culturally informed South Asian therapy accessible wherever you are in the state.
