Are you lying awake at 2am replaying conversations, wondering if you're good enough? Maybe you're scrolling through dating apps feeling like everyone else has found their person except you. If you're exhausted from swiping, tired of overthinking every text, and drowning in self-doubt while pretending you have it all together, you're in the right place.

I am genuinely invested in your growth, helping you build real confidence instead of just coping mechanisms.

Dating app burnout isn't something you're imagining. Getting ghosted after great conversations. Matches who disappear without explanation. Mean or dismissive comments that chip away at your self-worth. Matching, texting, planning a date, then nothing. If dating apps have started to feel like a part-time job with no benefits, I help you process that fatigue, protect your self-esteem, and figure out what you actually want — without giving up on connection altogether.

Breakup recovery and relationship grief deserve real support, not just "you'll get over it" advice. Maybe you ended a long-term relationship, walked away from something you thought was "the one," or you're healing from a situationship that never got the closure it deserved. I help you work through the grief, rebuild your sense of self, and figure out who you are outside of that relationship.

Self-esteem and self-confidence work is where I spend most of my time with clients. So much of what shows up in dating and relationships — anxiety about being "too much" or "not enough," fear of abandonment, people-pleasing, settling for less than you deserve — usually comes back to how you see yourself, not just who you're dating.

If you're dating in your 20s, dating after divorce, or trying to figure out what you actually want in your 30s — I help you set boundaries, spot red flags earlier, communicate your needs clearly, and stop performing a version of yourself just to keep someone interested.

Currently offering virtual therapy across Texas, with in-person sessions coming soon. You don't have to figure this out by yourself.
