My Therapeutic Style & Approach
If you're here, chances are you've been carrying a lot on your own for a long time.
Maybe your mind never slows down. Maybe you're constantly overthinking, doubting yourself, replaying conversations, or feeling emotionally exhausted trying to hold everything together. Maybe anxiety has started affecting your relationships, confidence, motivation, or ability to feel present in your daily life. Or maybe you're simply tired of surviving and ready to understand yourself on a deeper level.
Whatever brought you here, you do not have to figure it out alone.
I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can show up honestly — without fear of judgment, pressure, or feeling like you have to have everything perfectly explained. My role is not to force, fix, or rush you. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we work together to better understand your patterns, strengthen emotional resilience, and help you build a healthier relationship with yourself and the people around you.
"Healing is not about becoming someone new — it's about reconnecting with the version of yourself that anxiety, fear, and self-doubt tried to silence."
My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating elements of DBT, ACT, and existential therapy. Some sessions may focus on practical coping strategies, emotional regulation, communication skills, or challenging negative thought patterns. Other sessions may explore identity, purpose, relationships, self-worth, and the deeper experiences that continue to shape how you see yourself and move through the world.
I strive to create a balance between warmth and honesty. I will support you, encourage you, and meet you with compassion, while also helping you recognize the patterns and beliefs that may be keeping you stuck. Therapy is not about perfection — it is about growth, insight, and creating meaningful change that actually feels sustainable in your everyday life.
You deserve a space where you can feel heard, supported, challenged, and understood. Together, we can work toward helping you feel more grounded, intentional, confident, and connected — both within yourself and in your relationships.
