Many of the teens and young adults I work with are aware, but overwhelmed in private. They navigate anxiety, questions of self and identity, transitions in life, family expectations, relationship stress, and the psychic toll of moving through spaces that don't always feel safe or affirming.

I specialize in working with teens and young adults of color who are tired of code-switching, over-performing, and shrinking themselves to fit. I will not need you to educate me on racial stress, cultural expectations, or what it is like to carry pressure that others cannot see.

Racial stress is real, cumulative, and exhausting in a way that most therapy spaces aren't equipped to hold. Whether you're the only person of color in your school, your workplace, or your friend group — or you're navigating the specific weight of being highly visible while still feeling unseen — I hold that with you without minimizing it, explaining it away, or asking you to see it from the other side.

I also work with neurodivergent BIPOC teens and young adults — particularly those with ADHD and autism — who have spent years being misread, misdiagnosed, or overlooked entirely. In communities of color, neurodivergence often goes unrecognized because the symptoms look different, get labeled differently, or get dismissed as behavioral issues. You deserve a therapist who understands both the neurodivergence and the cultural context it lives inside.

For college students navigating the emotional complexity of first-generation college experiences, academic pressure, and identity shifts — I provide a space where all of that is valid and none of it requires explanation.

I draw from culturally responsive frameworks, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed approaches to help my clients build genuine insight, emotional regulation, and the kind of self-trust that doesn't require outside validation.

My sessions are available virtually across Texas — because BIPOC teens and young adults across the state deserve access to a therapist who actually gets it.
