I help individuals age 16 and up who are navigating life transitions and family conflict, with a special focus on South Asian families impacted by neurodivergent diagnoses. I bring a warm, reflective, and culturally sensitive approach that honors both individual identity and cultural context. We’ll explore how family dynamics and cultural expectations shape your experience, while building insight and awareness to support more authentic connections and emotional balance.

My approach is rooted in the belief that healing doesn't happen in spite of your culture — it happens through it. In our sessions, you won't need to explain why your mom's opinion matters or why disappointing your family feels like disappointing yourself. We start from a place of understanding.

I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, music therapy, and culturally adaptive frameworks to meet you where you are. Whether you're navigating a neurodivergent diagnosis in a family that doesn't have language for it yet, or untangling years of cultural expectations, we move at your pace.

My sessions are available virtually across Texas, making culturally informed care accessible no matter where you are in the state.

As a therapist who is also a music therapist and someone with lived experience, I know the importance of being seen—not just as a diagnosis, but as a whole person with a layered story.
