As a South Asian woman, I understand the cultural nuances of growing up between two worlds — the unspoken family expectations, the weight of traditional roles, and the ongoing journey of defining who you are amidst it all.

I work especially well with clients exploring mother-daughter dynamics, intergenerational trauma, and the internal tug-of-war between self and family. These challenges are common among BIPOC individuals and first- and second-generation immigrants, and I provide a safe, affirming space to unpack them.

As a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, I bring a unique lens to working with autistic individuals and their families — particularly within South Asian and immigrant communities where neurodivergent diagnoses are often misunderstood, dismissed, or carry significant cultural stigma. I help families find language for what they're experiencing and build bridges between cultural expectations and their loved one's actual needs.

I also hold a special place in my practice for clients navigating immigration stress and undocumented status — an experience that carries its own unique weight of fear, uncertainty, and resilience. You deserve care that honors all of that without judgment.

As a Bengali-speaking therapist, I am able to serve clients in Bangla, making culturally and linguistically informed therapy accessible to the Bengali-speaking community across Texas.

My sessions are available virtually across Texas, so wherever you are, you don't have to choose between culturally competent care and convenience.
