My Therapeutic Style & Approach
If you're here, you may be seeking clarity, calm, or connection—and you're ready to take the first step toward emotional healing. You're in the right place.
I bring a calm, client-centered presence to therapy, rooted in compassion, clinical knowledge, and lived experience. My work is informed by years spent supporting women through life's emotional and developmental challenges. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, fertility struggles, perimenopause, menopause, or major life transitions, I'm here to meet you with warmth and care.
My therapeutic style integrates practical tools with deep emotional insight. Some days, that might mean building coping strategies to help you manage distress, regulate your emotions, or set healthy boundaries. On others, it may involve pausing to explore the roots of your inner experience—whether that's unresolved grief, early childhood dynamics, or the layers of pressure you carry from multiple roles and identities.
As a woman myself, I understand the unique pressures we face—from societal expectations and biological changes to the complex roles we juggle. Whether you're struggling with fertility challenges, hormonal transitions, body image, workplace stress, or feeling lost in your identity, I provide a space where your experiences as a woman are deeply understood and honored.
"Therapy is a collaborative space—one where your story is honored, and your growth is supported without judgment."
In every session, I draw on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and narrative therapy. I also integrate existential approaches to help you discover meaning and purpose. I bring a strong background in maternal mental health, with a specialized interest in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).
I've worked with individuals experiencing depression, panic, trauma, relationship rupture, and identity-related stress. I also have deep respect for how culture, family expectations, intergenerational experiences, and your unique identity as a woman shape emotional life. I provide culturally responsive care that honors your background and experiences.
You don't need to have everything figured out to begin therapy. Whether you're processing the weight of a recent crisis, navigating a major life transition, struggling with women's health challenges, or simply wanting to feel more like yourself again, I'm here to walk alongside you with curiosity, care, and clinical insight.
