LPC ASSOCIATE SUPERVISION
Intentional. Culturally-Informed. Growth-Oriented.
Culturally-Informed Supervision for New Therapists
Supportive, trauma‑informed supervision for BIPOC and high-achieving therapists, virtual across Texas.
Parthi B. Patel is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor based in Dallas, Texas, and the Founder & CEO of Intentional Therapy, PLLC, a thriving virtual group practice dedicated to serving diverse communities with compassion and intention.
With over a decade of experience in the mental health field, Parthi brings a deeply relational and trauma-informed approach to therapy and supervision. She specializes in working with BIPOC clients, intergenerational trauma, high-achieving women, and eldest daughter dynamics, and brings this rich clinical lens into supervision.
In addition to running a group practice and supervising associates, Parthi is a speaker and educator on emotional resilience, culturally-informed care, and realistic mental health strategies for modern clinicians. She is passionate about mentoring emerging therapists who want to lead, heal, and show up for their clients in an intentional, ethical, and aligned way.
Parthi also integrates insights from her real-world experience as a business owner, allowing associates to learn about private practice logistics, marketing, documentation, and niche creation — all while staying grounded in client care and self-care.
