Meet Peyton Sutton — Your Sports Performance Therapist

Peyton Sutton gets it because she's lived it. As a former athlete who competed in a predominantly white sport, she knows what it's like to be "the only one" while trying to perform at your best. You don't have to explain the pressure—she already understands.

Her approach? Direct, collaborative, and grounded in real talk. No sugar-coating. No generic advice. Some days you need practical strategies to manage pre-game anxiety. Other times, you'll dig deeper into perfectionism, identity beyond sports, or what it means to find your voice when everyone expects you to stay quiet and perform.

Peyton works with high school athletes, college competitors, pros navigating transitions, and coaches dealing with burnout. Sessions happen wherever you feel most comfortable—in the office, walking and talking, or on-site at your court, field, or gym. Tired of people telling you to "just think positive"? Yeah, her too. Let's try something that actually works.

Patel, a first-generation South Asian American, our practice understands the unique challenges faced by first- and second-generation individuals, such as bi-cultural identity struggles and intergenerational trauma.

"We’ve created a space where you don’t have to explain your culture—our therapists ‘just get it,’ because we’ve lived it."

We have since expanded our practice to include other mental health professionals. Each of our therapists has unique areas of specialization and expertise, allowing us to collaborate and provide a range of care to individuals, couples, families, and organizations.
