Our Team
At Intentional Therapy PLLC, we specialize in culturally-attuned, non-traditional therapy for BIPOC individuals, particularly those from South and East Asian backgrounds. Founded in March 2021 by Parthi B. Patel, a first-generation South Asian American, our practice understands challenges like bi-cultural identity struggles and intergenerational trauma.
"We’ve created a space where you don’t have to explain your culture—our therapists ‘just get it,’ because we’ve lived it."
We have since expanded to include other mental health professionals, each with unique areas of specialization, allowing collaboration for individuals, couples, families, and organizations.
