Join Our Team as an LPC Supervisor!

We are looking to add a culturally-informed, mission-aligned LPC Supervisor to our growing team! This position is remote (with potential for hybrid in 2026) and offers the opportunity to mentor the next generation of clinicians while contributing to our group practice's clinical excellence.

About You

To thrive in this role, you need a strong background in counseling, mental health, and clinical supervision. You should have a master's degree, current unrestricted Texas LPC-Supervisor license, and a passion for developing emerging therapists.
