My Therapeutic Style & Approach

If you’ve found yourself here, it’s likely because something in your life feels overwhelming, misaligned, or simply harder than it needs to be—and you’re looking for a space to explore that.

Some days, you might want practical tools—to better manage your thoughts, advocate for yourself, or break cycles that no longer serve you. Other days, you may just need a space to process, cry, or sit in silence without judgment. And sometimes, healing looks like revisiting the past—unpacking the impact of being neurodivergent in spaces that didn’t see you clearly, or growing up in a culture that silenced your needs.

I help individuals age 16 and up who are navigating life transitions and family conflict, with a special focus on South Asian families impacted by neurodivergent diagnoses. I bring a warm, reflective, and culturally sensitive approach that honors both individual identity and cultural context. We’ll explore how family dynamics and cultural expectations shape your experience, while building insight and awareness to support more authentic connection and emotional balance.

Therapy that meets you where you are—with cultural nuance, compassion, and quiet strength.

I believe all of this belongs in the therapy space, and I’m here to support you in a way that feels safe, steady, and centered on your values. My approach is gentle, collaborative, and deeply shaped by my understanding of what it means to be a South Asian woman navigating mental health, cultural pressure, loss, and complex family systems.

As a therapist who is also a music therapist and someone with lived experience, I know the importance of being seen—not just as a diagnosis, but as a whole person with a layered story.
