We are looking to add more fully licensed clinicians to our team! This position is remote (with potential for hybrid in 2026) and may include some walk/talk clients (optional).

About You

To thrive in this role, you need a strong background in counseling and mental health. You should have a master’s degree and a current, unrestricted Texas license. Most importantly, you should be able to build trust with clients, engage in real conversations, and challenge them in ways that foster growth—not just reflect back what they say.

Responsibilities (yes, you have some!)

  • Work directly with clients, parents, and legal guardians to provide individual and group counseling
  • Link families to long-term counseling solutions and external support organizations
  • Assess client mental health concerns and provide targeted counseling
  • Stay up-to-date on counseling methodologies
  • Refer clients to other mental healthcare providers as necessary
  • Remain warm and engaged throughout every session

Qualifications

  • Valid Texas licensure (LPC/LCSW/LMFT or equivalent)
  • Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
  • Knowledge of South/East Asian family dynamics, eldest daughter syndrome, bi-cultural identity, and intergenerational trauma
  • Exceptional communication skills for virtual collaboration
  • Specialty in BIPOC culture, trauma, and multicultural competency
  • Experience with first & second generation trauma (bonus: relatable experience)

Preferred (but not required)

  • Fluency in languges other than English, such as, Spanish, Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, or Korean
  • Open to licensure in other states for telehealth

Position Details

  • W2 Position
  • Full-time: 30 hours (we don’t do 40-hour therapy weeks, but if you want to that's all you!)
  • Part-time: minimum 15 hours
