My Therapeutic Style & Approach

You don’t have to face anxiety, low self-esteem, or intergenerational trauma alone. Therapy can help you find relief and growth at your own pace.

In therapy with me, you’ll discover a calm, compassionate, and judgment-free space where your feelings are valid, and you don’t need to hide your pain or pretend to be okay.

I specialize in counseling teens and adults struggling with anxiety, self-worth issues, and the lasting effects of trauma passed through generations. We’ll explore your unique story and work toward building clarity, confidence, and emotional healing.

Therapy with me is about reconnecting with your authentic self, not changing who you are, and helping you leave sessions feeling lighter, grounded, and empowered with self-compassion and confidence

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). These tools help you break negative patterns, manage overwhelming emotions, and develop resilience for life’s challenges.

I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an effective trauma therapy that helps process difficult memories when traditional talk therapy isn’t enough.

Whether your stress comes from school, work, family dynamics, or past experiences, therapy will be tailored to your values, goals, and comfort level.
