My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I’m also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an effective trauma therapy that helps process difficult memories when traditional talk therapy isn’t enough.
