Join Our Team as an LPC Associate!
We are looking for LPC Associates who are ready to grow their clinical skills under expert supervision! This position is remote (with potential hybrid options in 2026) and may include some walk/talk clients (optional).
About You
To succeed in this role, you need a master’s degree in Counseling or a related field and a valid LPC Associate license in Texas (we can help with this!). You should be eager to build meaningful relationships with clients, engage in authentic therapeutic conversations, and embrace supervision to grow into a fully licensed clinician.

Responsibilities (because you still do the fun stuff)
- Work directly with clients, parents, and legal guardians in individual and group counseling
- Collaborate weekly with supervisor to ensure the highest quality care
- Stay up-to-date on counseling techniques and evidence-based practices
- Engage fully in sessions—warmth, authenticity, and presence are key
- Refer clients when necessary under supervision
Qualifications
- Valid LPC Associate license in Texas
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Knowledge or interest in South/East Asian family dynamics, intergenerational trauma, and bi-cultural identity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in a virtual practice
- Specialty in BIPOC culture, trauma, and multicultural competency is a bonus
Preferred (but not required)
- Fluency in languages other than English, such as in Spanish, Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, Telugu, or Korean
Position Details
- W2 Position
- Full-time: 30-35 hours (because who really wants 40?)
- Part-time: minimum 15 hours
- Structured supervision sessions to support growth toward full licensure
